At Indo Global Imaging, we guarantee about the quality consistency, as we have 10+ years professional and experienced retouchers who have great knowledge about the Photoshop and lightroom process and with their skilful techniques they are able to maintain the consistency in quality. We do undertake the following steps to guarantee quality consistency:
1. Three Tier quality control process:
Job will be assigned to the editor and once the job is completed it's been forwarded to Quality team for approval, once QC approve the quality then it will be cross checked by our Senior QC's team for final check. In case if quality does not meet the standard, then our Senior QC rejects the files and send back again for processing.
2. Dedicated team:
Once we start working together, we will set a dedicated team of 2-3 retouchers depending on the volume, who would be specifically working on all your projects. This will help us to maintain the consistency in quality.
3. Highly qualified staff:
Our production and sales team are highly qualified and can able to understand your requirements easily. You do not have to go back and forth to explain simple things to our team.
4. Regular Feedback and Suggestions:
